Verify voltage to ECU before and during cranking. ECU should have battery voltage before and during cranking. Voltage should not fall below 11 volts.

• The primary reason for low voltage to the ECU is a weak or defective battery. Verify battery voltage while cranking. Replace or charge battery if required.

• Measure resistance across coolant temp sensor connector to verify proper connection. Connector resistance should be between 1.5 and 1.52 with the OHM meter set to 20K.

• The pair of engine grounds should be attached to the engine block and separated by at least four inches. These grounds should not go to the head, manifolds, transmission etc.

• If you are not using the optional altitude and air temp sensors, have you performed the “Final Wiring” instructions outlined in the Tuning Manual?

• Verify fuel pressure before and during cranking. If pressure during cranking drops more than 5lbs, see section labeled "Fuel Pressure Drops While Cranking".

Residual dirt from the assembly of braided steel lines is difficult to remove. Inspection of the injectors for possible contamination is required. Please contact the factory for more information.
